No, not all integrations are available with each plan. Our Product Specialist will guide you through the integrations that will be available in your plan.
The pricing is based on a combination of factors including the size of business determined by the number of users on the platform, your feature requirements and your workflow customizations. Discounts are available on annual plans. Payment is upfront.
Repairdesk subscription starts from as low as $99/store/month for five users. It goes up from here depending on your number of users, your chosen plans or any ad-ons that you’ve purchased. You can choose between monthly and annual pricing plans.
Yes, RepairDesk offers a monthly subscription plan for the Essential and Growth package. The monthly plan is not discounted so if you are looking to save, we recommend the yearly plan.
Yes, our annual plan for the Essential and Growth package is discounted at 20%. For Advanced package offers, please reach out to our Product Specialist.
You can upgrade, downgrade, switch plans or cancel your account at any time. Upgrading to annul plan will save you on your annual spent however there are some limitations to upgrades, refunds and certain penalties may apply. However, past the refund period, we offer no refunds for downgrades. To change your plan, contact your Customer Success Manager.
